The singer, who lost much of her ‘Toxic’ body when she was unable to lose her post-pregnancy weight by exercise alone, decided to visit a Sin City liposuction specialist recently.
According to the Sun, Britney visited the Advanced Lipo Dissolve center in Vegas after her strict dance training in studios in LA failed to get rid of those extra few pounds.
The center specializes in a non evasive treatment of a series of injections which claim to permanently dissolve fat.
The singer has been busy the past couple of months getting her life back on track, after a breakdown following her panty-less partying, binge drinking, and head shaving landed Spears in rehab.
Britney’s behavior, that started after she split from estranged hubby Kevin Federline, was so bizarre that even her biggest unofficial website decided to close down.
Spears checked herself into rehab for the third time in Feb after Federline threatened to take away the couple’s two sons – Sean Preston and Jayden James.
She completed her one-month stay at the facility late last month, and has since been trying to get her career, and reputation back on track. (ANI)

Avril Lavigne has suggested that Britney Spears shouldn’t blame the paparazzi for her recent problems because the media is such a core part of being famous - the problems really lie closer to home.
Avril said recently: “What’s happened to Britney is all down to who she is as a person. If you want a piece of this business you have to be able to deal with it.”
“You can’t complain about the pressures, the paparazzi, the madness because that’s the job.”
She added that Britney must have chosen to party in the public eye because she likes to go out drinking too but “no one really gets to know”

Los Angeles (eCanadaNow) - If you were expecting an acrimonious divorce from Britney Spears and Kevin Federline, guess again.
Brit and K-Fed spent last Thursday working out the terms of divorce and have settled all issues relating to finances and custody of their two children.
Although details were not released, TMZ is reporting that K-Fed will receive one million dollars and will share custody with Brit.
Spears and Federline split last fall, shortly after the birth of their second child.
Last week, Spears, who has attracted attention for her hard- partying lifestyle over the past several months, ended a four-week stint in rehab.

Jennifer told Britain's The Guardian newspaper: "I'm not J.Lo any more. That's all gone with all the ridiculous stories about tantrums and Egyptian sheets. That's all my past. I'm Jennifer Lopez. I think, as a woman, I've finally grown more sure of who I am. It does seem ironic that it has taken me more than a decade to basically get back to who I am. I am incredibly proud of my culture and I think I am a woman who is totally defined by my culture. My temperament, my body shape, the way I am is all very much Puerto Rican."
The 37-year-old singer-and-actress says that while recording her new album - 'Como Ama Una Mujer (How a Woman Loves)' - she was advised by her husband of two years, Marc Anthony, to concentrate on pouring out her emotions.
She said: "This is the album I'm proudest of. In fact, this is the only album I've ever recorded that I listen to in my car."

LOS ANGELES - A week after emerging from a rehab center, pop star Britney Spears has reached a divorce settlement with her husband, former backup dancer Kevin Federline, a spokesman for his attorney said on Friday.
Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
But a statement issued by Michael Sands, spokesman for Federline's lawyer, said, "The parties signed an agreement which was a global settlement on all issues of their marriage and child custody."
The couple have two sons together, 18-month-old Sean Preston, and 6-month-old Jayden James.
Celebrity Web site TMZ.com quoted unnamed sources as saying that Federline, who has tried to launch a new career as a singer, will receive $1 million as part of the settlement, and that the couple agreed to joint custody of their boys.
A source close to the couple told Reuters the $1 million figure was inaccurate but declined to say how much it really was.
The agreement, which is subject to final approval of a judge, was signed after a five-hour meeting between the couple and their lawyers on Thursday in Los Angeles, Sands said.
Sands said a breakthrough in the talks came after Federline, 29, stepped away to smoke a cigarette, and Spears followed him outside. They had a 15-minute private conversation, then returned to the negotiating table, he said.
Spears, 25, who left a rehabilitation center last week after a month of treatment for undisclosed issues, filed for divorce from Federline in November.
The two married in September 2004, just eight months after she had wed a former high school sweetheart in Las Vegas in a spur-of-the-moment union that was quickly annulled.
Since her split last year from Federline, who has two children by a former girlfriend, Spears has made headlines for increasingly erratic behavior.
She checked into the Malibu treatment center on February 21 after shaving off her hair at a Los Angeles beauty salon.
The exact reasons for entering rehab were not made clear, but she was photographed making her way to Alcoholics Anonymous meetings outside the center during her stay there.
According to TMZ.com, Spears returned to the Hollywood club scene on Thursday night after her settlement with Federline, paying a 30-minute visit to the Bridge Restaurant and Lounge.
